"The firm was formed in 1989 when Garry Goodwin and Wayne Chivas merged their individual practices.

In the 2000 Nick Zoras was admitted as a partner after being a senior accountant and manager with the firm for over 6½ years.

In 2003 Gavin Hilton was admitted as a partner after being a senior accountant and manager with the firm for over 7½ years.
