A license to provide financial services was issued by ASIC on that date, enabling them to provide unencumbered services to their clients, on an "agreed fee" basis. No commissions, brokerage, trials or other benefits are taken. Nor do they have allegiance to any Bank or Insurance house or other financial service provider.
