"In December, 1994 Greg Walsh hung up his shingle at 8 Mortimer Street, Ipswich. A beautifully renovated Queenslander on the outskirts of Ipswich CBD. At this time Greg had worked for an employer for some 18 years since leaving school. He felt it was time to have a change in his career and move into public practice. The practice grew rapidly due to a strong commitment to his client base and it was not long before he appointed another accountant in his office, Angela Leisemann who is still actively involved today.

Greg founded the practice G. J Walsh & Co and has always worked on a referral ‘word of mouth’ basis. They value their origins and continually focus on expanding their unchallenged local knowledge.
